Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the organization and appearance of the store while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI company values and competencies in all tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, manage inventory, and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and move around the store.
• Perform various physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register, handle equipment, and maintain cleanliness.
• Understand and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
• Meet state requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
