Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Store Team Members to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
