Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product merchandising and stocking are up to our standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock and display products accurately.
• Operate a cash register efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
