Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service skills and cash handling abilities
• Experience in retail and operating equipment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
