Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail preferred.
