Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is always presentable. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values - Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash handling experience.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
