Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized and clean store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and assisting customers in their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
