Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard for product display, customer service, and cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Prior work experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
