Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers have a pleasant shopping experience. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
