Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
