Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding ALDI's high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Undertake additional tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment efficiently and safely
• Capability to uphold cleaning standards and follow company policies
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
