Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
