Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean shopping environment. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, handle merchandise, operate the cash register efficiently, and assist customers throughout their shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring a secure and confidential store environment
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
