Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and runs smoothly to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and comply with company policies.
• Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages following state and local regulations.
