Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a key part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your role in providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
