Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. From stocking shelves to providing exceptional customer service, you will be an essential part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and move merchandise, stand for extended periods, and fulfill tasks both independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in customer service, cash handling, and equipment operation.
• Capable of following company policies, attention to detail, and multitasking efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
