Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer service.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
