Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, processing purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Participate in inventory counts, ensure cash handling compliance, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate various equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
