Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains high standards and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
