Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
