Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team efficiently, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and provide excellent customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
