Job Description

Join the ALDI Store Team as a Store Team Member and play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the shopping experience for all customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
