Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. From cashiering to maintaining cleanliness, your contributions will be essential to creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role.
• Ability to provide friendly and prompt customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Availability to meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcohol.
