Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team setting.
