Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's visual appeal, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
