Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks while demonstrating ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and handle inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
