Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment safely and interpreting company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
