Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
