Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and excellent customer service is provided. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
