As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Report product feedback and inventory issues to management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous
