Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills to meet role expectations.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure organized merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash management policies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and perform tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow cleaning procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking, organization, and working both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to adhere to state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience (preferred).
