Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to store policies
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company standards
• Perform general cleaning tasks in accordance with guidelines
• Complete any other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
