Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies, perform general cleaning duties, and assist in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using equipment like an electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
