Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
