Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Analyst to join ALDI, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and administering supply chain programs to secure products economically and support the company's objectives of maximizing sales and controlling expenses. Your responsibilities will include enhancing and streamlining supply chain operations, implementing process improvements, and analyzing data to recommend actions. This full-time position, based in Batavia, IL, is eligible for ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, offering remote work up to 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain positive relationships.
• Support the implementation of team strategies.
• Recommend process improvements and prioritize tasks.
• Analyze work processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Create reports and dashboards for data analysis and dissemination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive business experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, with knowledge of ETL processes.
• Ability to define and track KPIs and work with statistical methods.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and programming languages is a plus.
