Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. As a key operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This includes maintaining high food quality, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and potentially hold ServSafe certification. Proficiency in English required, with additional language skills beneficial. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. Basic computer knowledge and ethical conduct expected.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items during shifts. Skill in taking orders, operating a cash register, and using monitoring systems.
