Team Leader: Store 7102

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join Jack in the Box at Store 7102. As the operational supervisor, you will lead and train team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience, maintain food quality, meet guest expectations, and uphold JIB standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months of JIB experience and certification in all workstations OR 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
• Skills: Must be 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and may need ServSafe certification. Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, analytical abilities, and organizational skills required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk 90-95% of the shift, lift 15-25 lbs, operate a cash register, and listen to orders.
