Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join Store 7103 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will play a crucial role in training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensure high-quality food, meet guest expectations, and maintain compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Must have 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
- Completion of Team Leader training classes and ServSafe certification (where applicable).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ethical behavior.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, operate a cash register, and follow guest orders efficiently.
