Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader for Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and guiding team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your role involves maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and enforcing all JIB standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 consecutive months of JIB experience with full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Completion of Team Leader training classes and ServSafe certification where required.
- Effective communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate restaurant equipment.
