Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and guiding team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience and full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must complete Team Leader training, be at least 18 years old, and may need ServSafe certification. Excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency, ability to work well with diverse teams, and integrity are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, listen to orders, operate equipment, and read displays.
