Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Whole Foods Market in various roles, both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. As a Team Member, you will work in different departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, stocking products, maintaining cleanliness, and following company procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Desired Work Experience

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Performs tasks related to preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking products.
• Ensures product quality, freshness, rotation, and proper stocking.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work and shopping areas.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes suggestive selling techniques.
• Follows company procedures including health, safety, and sanitation.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stands/walks 6-8 hours per 8-hour workday.
• Exposure to various temperatures and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work in wet and/or cold environments.
