Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform duties related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation in assigned departments.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Maximize sales potential through effective stocking and merchandising.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Passion for natural foods and excellent customer service.
