Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and follow-up visits, treating 10-12 patients daily.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to best practice standards.

Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient ortho experience.
• CPR certification and commitment to professional development.
