Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operations Intern who is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, collaborate with warehouse staff, and assist with various administrative tasks. This internship offers a unique chance to learn about the key aspects of our business and could potentially lead to a full-time opportunity post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of warehouse operations and ALDI's culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and assist with administrative tasks.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on warehouse operations.
• Assist with inventory control and problem-solving tasks.
• Attend company trainings and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, and walking throughout the warehouse.
